![]() I soon discovered that they have replaced their previously excellent level one support with support characterized by long hold times, script reading call takers who don't understand the problems or have the technical knowledge to address them. This was my first call to their support in several months. In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions to fix the problem with the filtering and allowed senders list, I'd sure appreciate it. Their service, once excellent, is now dreadful. If the answer is a simple user setting, I sure didn't get it. When I do, I receive a message that the sender is already in the list, and I verify by looking at the list, so I know it's getting there. I add them to the allowed list using the web feature to allow the email. Despite the fact that I have senders and domains in the "allowed senders" list, they still show up in the junk mail folder. This should really be a simple change in some user setting, but it apparently isn't.
